How much does therapy cost?

Individual Therapy: $135 for a 50-minute session, $200 for an 80-minute session. Couples Therapy: $165 for a 50-minute session, $250 for an 80-minute session.

Do you take insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide you with a receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

I offer a limited number of reduced-rate openings for anyone with financial need. Please reach out and we can explore what's possible.

I currently offer virtual therapy through Simple Practice, a HIPAA encrypted video platform, for folks across Texas.

What's the length of therapy?

We'll collaborate to determine the session length and frequency that works best for you, adjusting as needed to support your goals and the work we're doing together. Most folks come in weekly or bi-weekly, while some come in as needed.
