I'm Ash (she/her), a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, and I work with adults and couples who want to relate to themselves and each other in more flexible and meaningful ways.
I work with adults across ages, religious and spiritual backgrounds, genders, sexualities, and relationship structures. All parts of you are welcome here, including the ones that feel uncertain, protective, or not quite ready to be here.
How I come to this work is shaped by both my professional training and my own lived experience. I've spent over twenty years in my own therapeutic process, which has allowed me to experience both the depth and joy of this work, as well as the places it can feel stagnant or out of reach, and what it takes for things to begin to move.
I have a soft spot for play, and I invite you to open your curiosity to what can be co-created in our work together. Each person's therapy process is unique and every therapeutic relationship calls for its own blend of connection, play, and exploration. Together we can discover the conditions where your system has enough support to shift and reorganize. When those conditions are present, change tends to unfold naturally.
I live in Austin with my husband AJ and our two dogs, Max and Lou. I enjoy befriending my own parts, cooking, finding ways to be by water, and materializing a deep desire to have one of our backyard squirrels take a walnut from my hand.
